(Just for future reference, the mist is only around Arcane, hiding his actual form to where all you can see are two eyes.)
Arcane had missed, yet again. Second time in a row was unusual for him, but he wasn't about to give up. He was, however, distracted by the falling debris, attempting to avoid most of it, others deflecting with his tail. That's when he heard the whistling of a projectile flying through the air. He reacted quickly, but not fast enough. It hit him, slicing through his leg. In the pain, Arcane fell upon the ground, without the energy to keep in the air. He used the last of his energy to revert to his mortal form, the mist condensing into his clothes, hair and sword. He was bleeding, badly, but still managed a laugh. "Okay, you win." He leaned against the wall of the tunnel, clutching his side with one hand, the other on his leg. ''Not many people can beat me!" he grinned, realizing Leon was still practically unscathed. Then again, that's what he should expect with Leon's skin being metal.

(Ah, okay)
Leon found himself so tired after the stunt that he couldn't even stand up properly. Landing from ceiling height abviously hurt him more thqan he would show or admit. He stood up anyway, gaining control over his body with willpower. "Oh, really?" He asked as Arcane reverted back into his mortal form. Leon was a bit relieved, because if he had continued, he definately would have been steak for a dragon. Though he would be tough to chew on. "I didn't think it would've worked, actually."

Arcane shrugged, using all his willpower to not wince at the pain. "Well, it did," he grinned, struggling to his feet. He sheathed his sword and made his way, slowly, toward the door. Leon had been good but Arcane still managed to convince himself he could still have won had he not underestimated him in the beginning. Stopping, stood near the door and looked back at Leon, wondering if he should congratulate him or just leave.

Leon hopped back onto his feet, still feeling energized. He jogged over to Arcane who was hesitating. "You need help?" He asked him, thinking Arcane could be a potential ally, if not friend. Leon checked the cut on his side which had stopped bleeding because it wasnt deep. It stung a bit, but not enough to bother him or bean inconvenience.

"I'm fine," Arcane sighed. He could barely stand the humiliation of losing; being helped by the one who defeated him would just add on to the embarrassment. "Congratulations on winning," he grinned. "I guess I underestimated you..."

Leon tilted his head to the side, realizing that Arcane was thinking about his loss. He knew no one liked losing, so he would back off for now. "Okay, well, thanks." He told him truthfully. "I'm going to go to sleep now. I'm tired." He nodded to Arcane and jogged out away.

Arcane nodded, turning and heading toward the only source of water in the entire subways - a broken pipe a small group of strangely intelligent monsters had rigged to only leak when a pulley system was pulled. "See ya, later, then," he grinned as Leon jogged the other way. He would wash his wounds and find a piece of cleaner cloth to bandage it with, before resting, himself.
