Renate stuck out her tounge in a childish manner "ill rather be moving than frozen in one spot awaiting for your attack. Then Renate paused for a second "why would I be in a barrel with candy?" Her genuine confusion was a first. Renate had done many things but boxing in barrels was not one of them. Her brown eyes gave off a look of confusion. In Korea people don't fight in barrels with candy. "Wow you Americans are strange..." she told him with a bright grin before stepping to where he was earlier. But instead of attacking she grabbed the sword he had throw behind him with a quick sprint. Being closer ensured her grip on the handle. "But I suppose fighting on barrels would make things more exciting..."

Zeke shook his head, laughing. "No, candy makes you hyper and... never mind," he sighed. But he had been distracted, talking, that Renate had made her move for the sword. "I thought you said you didn't want it," he said, grinning. He would have loved to have simply formed his sword of ice and fought, but it was against the rules. So, instead, he walked up, slowly, but stopped a few feet from Renate. "Ladies first," he said, waiting for her to attack.

Renate grinned "It's not right to toss a gift from Dionysus aside," she said grinning. She curtsied "Ohh a gentleman," a bit of a joke in her voice. Mischief on her grin, and a sparkle in her eyes. She was rather playing. This was a game or a source of amusement to her. She after her curtsie lunged forward quickly at his stomach and pulled back just as quick not intending to do damage this round but rather just spark up the small battle. Since he had no weapon and grabbing the blade would be foolish.

Skylar quickly lifted her sword and braced herself to block Silene's blow, resisting the urge to grab the vine again, because she wouldn't be able to fight with one hand. To her, it just felt wrong. Unbalanced. When their blades met, the vines would seem slightly unstable to Skylar, and she would panic. After all, if that vine gave out and she didn't grab onto something else immediately afterwards, she would die, or at least be severely injured. Skylar was envious how calm Silene looked. Did the daughter of Khoine think she was boring? She frowned, and wondered whether or not to actually try an attack of her own. After all, if you didn't attack, you would never win. Not like she had any chance of winning.

"A gift from Lord Dionysus? But I've thrown grapes away, quite a bit. I'm still not a dolphin," Zeke laughed, glancing at the Wine Dude (Ah, Nico...). When Renate stabbed, however, Zeke was caught off guard and nearly stumbled over, feeling a wave of relief when she pulled back just as quickly as she thrust. He knew he had no chance of winning, weaponless, against a sword-weildingmartial arts master daughter of the god of war. Then again, he would be worse off had he had his sword, still.

Renate smiled "What a shame. Grapes aren't half bad..." she grinned glancing at the god quickly as she twirled her sword and did her second attack with quick and harmful precaution at his shoulder. Her brown eyes didn't seem to be paying attention to the fluid movements of her body as she attacked skillfully. "Feelinh confident?" she asked Zeke with a wink as she pretty much threw the sword at him like a javelin feeling bored of it. The blade slicing threw the air quickly but clearly heading at his knee and could be easily avoidable if you were focused on the match.

"They were sour," he said, simply, before ducking as to avoid a swipe from Renate's sword. As she threw it, yet again, he raised his leg and it went directly under, grazing the bottom of his shoe. Zeke's icy eyes shone with amusement. But there was something else in those eyes, too - a plan.
Quickly, Zeke picked up the sword. "Be right back," he said, grinning. Turning, he ran off toward Seline and Skylar's little arena Dionysus had created. Jumping, he grabbed onto a vine Seline had cut which was now simply dangling, uselessly. Before his entire weight was on the vine, which would have caused the other vines to jump and shake, he cut it free with the sword. "You said we couldn't use our powers," he said to Mr. D. "You never said we couldn't use things we find around us. Thanks for the vine."

Renate watched him with slight amusement. Was he planning to tie her up? Without awaiting she sprinted towards a shiny sword. The one he began the battle with. If he would try shed slice the vibe. Thankfully his sword was longer and slightly lighter giving her an advantage in sword fighting.

"Oh, yay," Zeke said, sarcastically, as Renate picked up his sword. But the vine was long and the sword wouldn't do anything to stop him. He wasn't planning anything involving tying anyone up or using the vine against anyone. No, he ran towards Renate, dropping the sword to relieve a little weight, but instead of using the vine in a logical way, he threw it straight up into the air as he neared her. Though no-one had probably noticed other than Zeke, the battle had been moving closer and closer toward the forest.
The vine caught onto a branch and he climbed so fast it would amaze a mountain lion. "Catch me if you can," he said, laughing. He'd reached the top and was sitting on a branch. "I will admit, this would've been way easier with powers, but I'm having fun, anyways." He finally stood a chance as Renate would have to drop her sword and Zeke had practically perfect balance. He could jump from branch to branch without hesitation while Renate would probably have to stop and judge the distance and durability of each branch.

Renate looked up at Zeke. A smile on her face as she picked up the second sword. "I normally don't chase unless necessary." she used the heavier sword to try to hit the branch. A large cut into the branch as the branch became a bit unstable. She then threw it at Zeke like a javelin wanting him to jump down or climb higher that way trapping him at the too would be easier.

Zeke didn't even flinch at the first throw of the sword and didn't bother looking down to judge how stable the branch was. He would be able to stand on a branch half this big because of his rather light weight. "Well, it's necessary to win, isn't it?" He yelled in reply. "And you can't just keep throwing swords, either!" Seeing the next sword coming, he dropped, grabbing onto the branch with his hands and swung around back up as the sword flew over him. "Well," he asked, "are ya coming or not?"

Renate snorted "I suppose up," being rather short and swift all she had to do was jump upwards. Her strength swinging her onto the branch as her brown eyes narrowed slightly her balance good due to martial arts. She looked upwards for the sword which was inconveniently stuck into the bark. Swinging up the branches quickly she made a grab for the hilt so she could yank it out her smile brief as she looked at Zeke.

Silene stared into Skylar's gray eyes, her deep green own were rich and enticing, as if reading her next move flawlessly. Which, of course, she could not do. it still helped to be intimidating. she was going to swing again when the foundation of the whole jungle gym of vines wavered. She looked down just for a moment, spotting Zeke. What...?
Pay him no mind!
Silene remided herself forcefully. It was but a minor distraction. He could do what he wanted with the vine, it wasn't her business. Silene slashed downward at the vines again, this time a large one. Her thin blade sharp where it cut through it like butter. Part of the whole system shuttered and Silene took a careful step to the side. She retreated backwards, beckoning Skylar to attack her with the sword. one wrong step could result in the whole thing collapsing.

Zeke grinned as Renate grabbed onto a lower branch and pulled herself up. But he waited too long and now she was too close. So, he bowed to Renate before turning and jumping toward the next tree and climbed up a branch to where his opponent was both below and across from him. "I don't hear as much confidence from you, now!" he shouted, laughing.

Renate pulled the sword out and stumbled back alittle "Don't need to. My victory will make up for it," she said jumping to the next tree quickly. The sword safe in her belt as she made her way to Zeke quite easily for a short thin person. Her brown eyes studied each branch not wanting one to give away and cost her to break a leg.
