(Just say a random number, I guess XD)
The waiter bent down agreeably, suggesting some of their dishes. Leon wasn't really paying attention to the numbers of the orders. Instead, he was studying Tori. She wasn't like any other demigod he had met before. Her innocence and shyness were characteristics rarely found. He decided that was why he had allowed them to become friends. If she wasn't going to believe in monsters, then so be it.
The problem was, when she had free time without her bodyguards, weren't the risks for attacks high? She wouldn't even know what was going onif she got attacked by a monster. Since she turned a blind eye to their existence. He had lowered his smoky gray gaze to the table when he felt her eyes on him. Looking up to see her expectant gaze, he just shrugged. Normal people ordered for themselves. He didn't know what she liked.

(lol ok ) Tori bit her lip thoughtfully. How did her father manage to order something good everyday? Nodding at the waiter as if were paying attention she just smiled "Ok. I suppose I'll have number...9." she decided. 3 being her favorite number but nine being 3 threes together. Which she loved. Yes she was rather odd. But can you blame her? After the waiter left to get their orders Tori turned to face Leon with bright, embarrassed, hazel eyes "Sorry about taking so long..." she said smiling slightly. Her cheeks turning pink once more. "So how did you find this place?" she asked since normally she didn't walk into random restaurants...it wasn't something she did in her free time...

Leon watched the waiter leave hurriedly. He turned his attention back to Tori with a small smile. "It's no problem. It's your first time here, after all." It didn't surprise him that she had taken long. It didn't matter to him. Either way, he had nothing to do anyway, so going along with his new friend was the only option he would really choose. He shifted uncomfortably in his chair, the wound still stinging considerably. If she let him clean up at her place, he would heal much faster, and he would be in her debt, really.
"Well, I got it recommended to me from a friend." He answered her question reasonably.

Tori nodded. She was never recommended restaurants since she had no real friends, therefore this sounded possible and like another thing she was missing out on.
Noticing him shifting she felt bad for not taking him home first "Do you think we can just take it to go?" she asked her eyes a clear hazel puddle of worry as she studied him hoping he wouldn't die on the spot. Sure she didn't believe fighting was very good, and frantically didn't believe he was randomly attacked or whatever his reason was. But due to the fact she had never seen a open wound from an attack in real life she wasn't sure if he was dying, or about to faint of whatever. What she did know though is that at her house she had some bandages and peroxide, if it helped any...

Leon stopped at her words, lifting his gaze from the table surface to her. "Huh? no, I'm alright. It's not a big deal, really." He was lying, of course, but he was nervous about going into a demigod's home. Her guards would probably identify him as a monster and try to finish him off. against a bunch of Ares children, he wouldn't escape with just the wound he had now. "Erm, it's fine. we could take it if you want to, but there's no reason to rush." Just as he said, he winced as his side began to throb in protest. what in the world? That stupid son of Demeter-what was his sword made of? He took a quick glance at the wound, which had turned an ashy color. Oh, poison. That made sense. Not good.
"Uhm, I just realized I have something I need to do..." Leon stood up, pushing his chair back urgently. "I'll tell the waiter to put the stuff ina to-go, and I can just walk you home. I can't stay, of course. I need to go back home myself."

Tori shook her head seeing the wound when he looked down "Non sense. Your coming with me," getting up she left some money on the table "That doesn't look good," she told him walking over. "I think I'll just get my dad to order stuff later...or maybe a maid, I dunno..." she shrugged her hazel eyes wide as she stated at the wound.

"No, forget it, I'm fine, really." Leon lied again, looking at the money on the table. "And I thought I was paying." He smiled deviously at her. He turned to the waiter who had returned, eyeing them oddly. "Um, we'll make our order a to-go, please." And the man scurried off once more after the monster shoved his money at him. Then Leon turned back. "You don't need to trouble yourself. I'll just walk you back."

Tori smiled at Leon "I suppose you can pay. Though I'll pay you back." she shrugged. Then her smile faded and she shook her head stubbornly "This issue isn't up for discussion. We are going to my house, and you are going to get well. Then you can go home or Take a cat nap or whatever you do," she shrugged not knowing what...other demigods do. Since all she does is pretty much draw and play sports.

Leon let out a small sigh in defeat, "Alright, fine, but you don't need to pay me back because you're helping me right now." Unless she was really sending him to his death. He hoped those Ares guards were on break. "The waiter rushed back with the reciept and the to-go, and Leon grabbed it with a nod of thanks. "Right then, let's go..."

(ok) Tori shrugged "Nope me helping is cause you are my friend. Me paying you back is because you just covered the cost of food." she smiled and headed out. Hoping that she could find her house, and not get them lost...but surely it would be easy. Since it was one of the only large houses in New York with a small yard thing going on.

Leon stared at her, a bit dumbfounded by her words. "Uhm...okay, I guess." he was a bit stmped, realizing that she was really considered an official friend now that she was helping him. so friends did these things for free, huh. He usually always though of everything as equal exchange. He followed after her as she walked out, making sure not to forget the food.
