Jackie raised an eyebrow when Carter pulled on his hood but said nothing not even responding to the daughter of Aphrodite, the clash against the truck making her jump out of her seat two daggers out, her handguns still in belt for later on when things would heat up. With deadly accuracy she tossed them at the children by the windows.
Jackie watched one of the tails pierce through the window making her lunged at it and piercing it with a poison dipped dagger and before it could fall out she pulled the dagger back out of it's body and as soon as it hit the ground it turned into dust.
The mortal assassin stood infront of Tori, her blue eyes turning slightly to face the doors as soon as a monster appeared though she threw her poison tipped dagger recovering it just as quickly. The left door being damaged she kicked it open knocking it off its hinges. Standing at the edge she watched a archer shoot a impressive arrow forward only to have it turn around on its own and hit the monster behind her, Jackie didn't even bother warning the archer of the monster. If she died, it was on her.
She then suddenly saw the motorcycle stop Jackie stepping back as a child of Kampe lunged at her, kicking it's head she heard a sickening snap. The powerful kick coming from her growing anger, their were so many monsters, and they were all keen on destroying a life. What was wrong with these creatures? Didn't they have anything to live for? If not why couldn't they go find something to live for?
Her blue eyes flashed as the archer jumped off the bike landing as a large wolf, another monster. How many did Tori befriend? Seriously, what was the daughter of Aphrodite and these creatures? The wolf husky snapping at a approaching monster before jumping onto the rear, Leon. He was here, the boy making her lips pull back in a snarl. She turned around to face the daughter of Aphrodite just as another child of Kampe came through the right side of the truck but just as she was about to shoot it, the archer had shot another arrow hitting two opponents and making them burst into dust. So she never missed...Jackie thought darkly seeing the girl shot at random directions but have the arrows still hit the target.
Turning to Carter she nodded, his voice very soft and barely audible over the screeches, and attacks of the monsters. But she had made out something about her being able to handle it inside. "Naturally," she told him her eyes darkening. Jackie wouldn't remain a safe assassin for long, it was evident the more monsters she killed, every monster that wasn't her nightmare made her hiss in fury. She didn't care for these beings, she wanted the dragon thing dead. No more than dead. She wanted it tortured, she wanted revenged. She wanted to make a cut across it's neck with her poisoned dagger and she wanted to see the poison sink. The pain flash against its face. She wanted to see it's hurt.

Carter nodded, smiling, opening the right, undamaged door for a moment to slip out, grasping hold of the roof with a firm grip so he didn't fly off the truck. Joining Leon, his hood still pulled up on the off chance Tori may catch a glance, he drew his scimitar, beheading one of the many children of Kampe in one fluid motion. "Um... surprise...?" he muttered to Leon, knowing he'd previously said he could not come along. "It seems Jackie's reputation is growing with mortals, too - Tori's father hired her," he explained, quickly, lopping an arm off one of Kampe's children before stabbing it, the body turning to dust just before it hit the asphalt.

Irissia glared at Arcane. Then rolled her eyes. She wouldn't forgive him for their last bicker, it was in her pride. Plus forgiving was only done to those she was loyal to. She felt no loyalty to anybody except the gods and the children of Apollo.

Irissia spotted him, which gave him some relief- and help that he needed. She tore away a the swarm in her rabid husky form. He finished of the last few, golden word flashing and attracting the monsters to him instead of Tori's truck. He didn't want her to see him, though. He didn't want her to get hurt either.
Then, Arcane jumped up next to him. Startled, Leon nearly ruend and sliced him in half until his voice stopped him. He quickly halted his movement. "Why-" He explained quickly, and the truck they were on lurched forward as it gathered speed. "Demigods and their reckless driving. This isn't a freeway..." He stabbed his sword through a Sphinx kid that had just climbed up and backed up to his friends. "Hey, look at us, we could be a little team or something!" Knowing that he would get glares from the both of them, he laughed, "I was joking. I have to go face Kim."
He gave them two a hopeful look. Then he jumped off the side. "Cain..." He sucked in a breath, knowing his friend would come through. With a blur, he landed on the centaur's back with a grunt. Quickly, he scrambled upright. They were out of the city, on a country road. He could see they were heading to a mountain area. That would be too dangerous of a place to battle. He had to end it here, in the trees. "Hey, sis!" He yelled, pulling up to Kim's motorcycle, and slashing away a monster that wanted to stop him. He could see that the other demigods were getting the idea of nearing the mountains. The trucks were stopping, and Tori's kept going. Leon didn't think of his next move. He just stabbed the wheel of Kim's bike.
(Hope that's okay with you guys. Kinda manipulated the course of this thread)

Arcane glanced at Leon, then at Irissia, below. He held no grudge against the daughter of Laelaps, but he wasn't exactly on good terms with her, either. Slashing out at a monster, not bothering to find out who their parent was, he turned to Leon, briefly. "Good luck," he said, before turning back around and slicing off a limb of another monster, it turning to a fine, golden dust like all the others. The entire road, it seemed, would be covered in the powdery substance by the time they were through, here. Hopefully, Leon would return to help. There were so many hostile monsters, they would be overrun, soon. They needed as much help as they could get.

Jackie felt the truck lurch and she hissed at the driver tossing a dagger at the monster trying to attack the driver. Looking at Tori she sighed "You are quite useless aren't you? Don't you at least have a knife to stab monsters with?" she asked as a monster reached for the daughter of Aphrodite Jackie pulling out a dagger from her boot and making a small cut across the monster's skin just to watch it squirm. The daggers dipped in poison, and made out of imperial gold. Jackie smiled at the sight of it's torment. Cruel. Evil. Hissing down at it she kicked it out of the truck, the monster would die slowly, but no doubt die. The pain clear by it's shrieks. A warning. Jackie was becoming darker. Crueler.
Jackie then turned back to the daughter of Aphrodite "So princess how is it you planned on surviving?" she asked her shaking her head. Tori truly was a princess, lived a life as a demigod but yet has probably never touched a weapon in her life.
Looking out the broken hindges where the doors should be she watched the mountains approach. Her gaze softening as the mountain air relaxed her slowly. A smile appeared on her face just as a child of Sphinx showed up only to float away as golden dust in two minutes. Jackie didn't hesitate to kill.
Tucking her daggers back in her boots she felt the road become bumpy as it typically did once leaving the city. Holding onto the seats she didn't bother using the daggers to keep the approaching monsters away. Most were already killed before reaching the front of the truck anyway. So the rare few that did come she just kicked out, or snapped their necks. Painful and cruel yes, but it didn't require daggers or many weapons she could lose on the bumpy road. Plus, Jackie had a feeling they would need to abandon the torn apart truck soon.
They no longer had windows, nor doors. The seats were torn apart, except for where Tori was, Jackie had insure no monster got close enough. But that wasn't difficult, these monsters attacking seemed a bit dim witted and sorta young, and inexperienced. So this job was turning to be more like a training mission for Jackie. She expected more. But the bigger monsters would be sure to come, she could feel it. Her blue eyes casting a glance outside at the bright summer day. It was too happy for so many deaths. Then again, these were dead monsters, creatures Jackie wished never existed.

Kim growled when Leon had popped the wheel of the bike. Still waiting on the pending arrival of Arcane's enemy, who was, well, in this case, her only likely-to-be-powerful ally, Kim felt impatience bubbling up inside. If he'd already arrived, she hadn't scented him yet. She turned her attention to Leon again, a familiar sense of disgust and anger churning inside her stomach. "Looks like you're making up for lost years of childhood, picking on your little sister, hm?" Normally, this'd be a lighthearted and friendly phrase, but she knew that he knew that this was nowhere near friendly. Just a little show to put on of how much she utterly loathed him. She still couldn't believe he'd taken a life from her. She'd never died before then, and it was a terrible sensation. She watched as more reckless and weak monsters threw themselves at random trucks, and she saw the archer picking them off one by one with her impeccable aim.

"Ha, well you've done a good job of making up your childhood by being a brat of a sister so far. But I won't let you pass. Your monsters can't get to Tori's truck like this." Leon pointed the sharpened tip of his golden blade at Kim. His eyes were a darkened gray. At this rate, the daughter of Aphrodite could get away on her truck, which was still going and protected by Jackie. The rest of the trucks had stopped, and demigod guards were running out to engage in battle. Well, maybe Tori would have to lose a few pieces of luggage today. Better than losing her life. "Now, don't we have unfinished business to settle?"

(Pheo's here! Let the party start xD)
Suddenly their was a whistle, like a missle, the truck where Tori was at would soon blow up. Pheo making the sky suddenly darken with black mist. Some cheers could be hear among the monsters as the dark mist brought forward the son of Ladon and his friend Palmaria. A few extra monsters children of Harpies, even a child of Anax, a Ladian giant emerged to join the fight clashing into the demigods.
Pheoniceous having gotten word that his little brother, Arcane, had found a mortal friend. Jackie Robbin a assasin. And Pheo would no doubt kill her now, the other monsters came to help Kim with the death of a demigod. Tori Sullivan. Oh how Pheo hated mortal sympathizers, despite the fact he had once loved a mortal. But that was years ago. And now with a couple old 'friends' from the Corloenesi, the Italian mafia he led, he would join Kim. He didn't bring too many recruits though, due to the fact he would never show how much power he had within the first day. Pheo having only brought about 5 Harpie offspring, and the giant.
Circling the truck Pheo stayed out of sight as the truck began ticking. In a couple seconds the truck would blow up and either the demigod and mortal will exit, or will die in the explosion. A easy way to smoke out his prey. His monster form spotting Arcane, well his brother can die in the explosion, Pheo wanted him dead.

"Unfortunately for you, I'm much more powerful than those small fry." Kim made sure to be cocky, trying to be like her brother in every way she could. Hopefully that'd piss him off. It didn't really matter, because she knew he'd already be frustrated that she was persistently targeting his demigod acquaintance. She didn't have a clear opening, so Kim decided to just stall time and fight this battle by taking out her brother first. She didn't have time to fight him the entire time; Leon was sneaky, and she knew that he was probably also stalling for time so that the demigod could get to her destination with no trouble at all. Seeing the dark mist appear before her eyes, she found that waiting for time to pass would probably not be an issue at all. Her ally had even brought friends. How cute. Kim smacked Leon's sword out of her face, swiftly and abruptly, knowing full well that it wouldn't cut her. Hoping to surprise him, she unsheathed daggers from her sleeve, one dagger severely damaged by his sword. She'd hid it in her sleeve, making it act like armor.

Leon heard the sharp whistle, and turned at the sound. That was a familiar sound of a time explosive, waiting to go off. His heart nearly jumped out his throat and took off running. Tori was in that truck. Kim had reinforcements? "You know what they say about making the wrong friends, sis." He joked, trying his best not to show her his worry. Should he go or stay here, fight off Kim?
He was surprised as she knocked his blade aside with an arm. It wasn't like she had suddenly gained his powers, but he felt the familiar clang of metal. He understood immediately when she revealed her trademark poisonous daggers from her sleeves, point them at him. Leon pushed the tip of one away from him quickly with the iron palm of his hand. He moved to the side, keeping wary. Arcane, Jackie, and Irissia. Would they be alright? He turned, slashing away a monster, yanking away the sword and throwing it at Cain. "Take it! Go help!" His centaur friend nodded, startled, but the son of the Nemean Lion could tell he didn't want to fight.
He turned back to his sibling with a curl of his lip. "You would never listen to me." He took a sideways slice at her shoulder with his Imperial Gold blade, knowing that he had to keep her occupied. Or even defeat her.

Arcane had been in battle with a semi-experienced son of the Sphinx when he saw the mist gather. Staring upwards, still in his mortal form and unable to see through the darkness, he made out the shape of two familiar monsters - his brother and the demon's girlfriend, neither of which were welcome sites.
The child of the Sphinx made the mistake of assuming Arcane's guard was down and took a wide swing, trying to seem dramatic for his siblings. In a blur of motion, Arcane parried the strike and made a move of his own, slicing outward, causing a fatal wound. In moments, there was nothing but a pile of shimmering golden dust where the son of the Sphinx once stood, slowly being blown away by the cool breeze coming off the mountains.
The whistle was dismissed for a moment, Arcane focusing on his older sibling. Why was he here of all places? Last he'd heard, Pheoniceous was living in Boston. Then again, he'd encountered Palmaria only months before in New York when she attempted to make Jackie her next meal. But why hadn't he attacked, yet? He knew Pheo hated him just as much as he hated Pheo, so he would have expected an attack. That's when he heard the ticking. Ducking into the hole left where the passenger side window once was, now in shards strewn across the floor. "Get out, now!" he said, frantically. Had the door not been there, he would have pulled Jackie out, himself, instead of relying on her reaction time. As for Tori, he couldn't care less about her at the moment. If she were to perish, it wouldn't cause him any lack of sleep.

As soon as she heard the whistle Irissia knew the truck must be abandoned slipping into the inside and grabbing the daughter of Aphrodite. She didn't even glance at the mortal knowing she would be smart enough to escape.
Pulling the daughter of Aphrodite out of the moving vehicle Irissia jumped. Tori confused mimicked rolling onto the ground and jumping up as Irissia pulled her to her feet. The daughter of Laelaps looked at the sky. This would be a battle between Arcane and the monster that seemed to be targeting him.
Looking down Irissia pulled back an arrow and shot it through the three approaching monsters, watching them turn to dust. "Hurry. I'm afraid we need to get you to move faster. I'm running out of arrows," Irissia told Tori. Even thought Irissia could easily acquire new arrows, seeing that they were gifts from Artemis and would reappear at night. But she would be arrowless until then, which wouldn't be a problem seeing she was just as lethal as an oversized husky.
Tori stumbled a bit as she stuck close to the archer. Her hazel eyes searching for Leon as she stared at the scene. Was it always so chaotic?

Kim easily sidestepped her blade, smiling at his retort. Child's play. "Not my fault, he came to me. Something about your pal, Arcane. Looks like he holds some sort of grudge." She threw two daggers at him, one spinning, the other in a straight, speedy line. Unsheathing another two daggers right after unleashing the other two, Kim charged him, only to be shoved out of the way by another monster. "You...brat!" Kim screeched, while using two legs to kick the monster off of herself. "Just whose side are you on!" "I was just pushing you out of the way-" "That is NOT pushing." Kim glared at him, despite the fact that he was already quivering in fear. "You don't think I can handle myself?" She looked down upon him with a menacing stare, waiting for a reply. "NO! I mean, no, but I mean, the archer might have...she never....misses...Miss Kim...you need to stay alive-I mean, not that you can't manage by yourself, but I mean...she never misses a shot... I mean...urm...never mind?" He was shaking with so much pitiful fear that Kim simply rolled her eyes and whirled around to face her brother, raising her arm in case of parrying another blow. She had more daggers up her sleeve, acting as armor, and she knew it'd take more than an Imperial Gold sword to break through her daggers.

Jackie heart the whizz and Carter's frantic voice assured her theory that it was not in her head. Irissia grabbed Tori and disappeared. Jackie turned to the driver. Who to her surprise had already abandoned the car. Well at least now I get to save a couple minutes... she thought as she jumped out of the moving truck which shortly after blew up making Jackie turn her back to avoid anything getting into her eye as she stood behind a nearby tree. After a couple seconds she turned back to search for Carter.
Her light blue eyes turned to the dark sky. It was impossible for her to see anything with the dark mist. Looking around she noticed harpies flying about, pulling out her handgun she pointed it at one of the creatures shooting it down with a imperial gold bullet. The monster falling as soft golden dust. The sound of the fire barely heard over the cries and shouts of the fighting monsters and demigods. This daughter of Aphrodite sure had alot of enemies...
