"Don't...call me that. You are not my family member. I have no family." She gritted her teeth, but immediately composed herself. She didn't want him to have satisfaction over irking her. "I know you're jealous of me, but you don't have to flatter me so much." Kim smiled, her inner thoughts being how much she wanted to kill him. "Well, since you're feeling so much stronger..." She leaned down toward him. "...and feeling so much cockier..." She sat down next to him. "...why don't you do something? Hm?" Kim laughed, her chuckle more sinister than playful. "Well, I know what you need luck for. You would be oh-so-lucky if that demigod...were still alive tomorrow." Kim held her index finger up, and instantly three monsters scrambled forward. She took them into a huddle, whispering softly about a plan to hunt down the demigod's guards. However, she wanted Leon to squirm and try to listen in so he could know if the demigod would be safe. She turned to face him, smiling briefly. Then, she sent them off. "Oh, don't worry. They're not going after your precious demigod." She sat back down next to him. "I'll finish her off on my own. Now, how should I make her suffer?"

"You do, and you can't deny your family." Leon growled in reply. As she leaned down closer to him, he found that he could start moving just the tiniest bit. He resisted the urge to just spit in her face. He was supposed to be a gentleman, anyway. "I'll do something after you stop blinding me with your disgusting face," he shot back with a slight hiss in his voice.
Lucky that she would be still alive? "Kim!" He managed to raise his arm, the weight feeling like that of lead. He tried to push himself forward, even stand up, but it was far to early. He nearly blacked out at trying. He had to stay still to regain enough strength. In the meanwhile, his blood had turned icy cold, and his fear was so strong that any good monster could smell it. When she turned, a flash of worry shot across his expression. Then she mentioned her guards. He didn't believe her, but he knew that if the guards were gone, then the daughter of Aphrodite would be vulnerable. "Stop playing this game! You're bringing lives into this that shouldn't be." The minute she sat down next to him, he lashed out, catching hold of her wrist. Even if he died, he wasn't going to let go.

"Let go of me, you disgusting scum." Kim sighed. The thrill of the kill just wasn't amusing her today. What was wrong with her today? Something was clearly bothering her. She snatched her hand out of his grip, rubbing her wrist. "Disgusting," she repeated for emphasis. "You're disgusting. I don't want you to be my 'family'." She stood up and walked about a meter in front of him and plopped down again. Rocking herself back and forth, she had her head in her knees, hiding her face from Leon. She felt so ashamed. Something was happening to her today. Was she becoming soft? She searched her mind for any reason of every being soft. Nothing. There was simply no reason. "You...are not my family." She felt her breathing accelerate and knew an anxiety attack was coming along. I can't show Leon this side of me...he'll think I'm weak. But she couldn't stand up, or he'd see her frantic expression. Trying to slow her breathing, she turned her thoughts elsewhere, hoping that she wouldn't reminisce her past. If she did, it was over. Her anxiety attacks would be exposed, right in front of her arch nemesis.

"If I'm so disgusting..." Leon leaned forward, about to finish his sentence off with a scathing retort, when she jerked her arm away. He gritted his teeth, thinking that she was about to leave, but then she sat down before him instead. He finished his statement with a bit of confusion, "Why aren't you leaving?"
He noticed the slightest tremor in her hand. Something was off about the daughter of the Chimera right now. It was somewhat similar to how she was reacting to being his family during their first fight that he won. When she finally repeated her sentence, his eyes narrowed slightly. The gray shone with sudden understanding. "Why do you hate me so much? Is my being your brother that bad?"

She stayed still for a while, hesitating to answer his question. He was the one bringing on the attacks, and she knew it. She'd spent so much time alone that she didn't want a companion. She didn't want to have someone related to her. The mere thought of that lead to many upsetting memories of losing her 'family', being betrayed by her 'family', and finding out that she was being forced into another fake family and that she had to deal with it. She didn't want to feel weak and helpless like she did before. But that second fake family turned her into even more of a monster than she already was. It was their fault. She had so many reasons to despise family, and just the thought of having more made her die inside.
"And just...why should I answer you?" Kim's voice was small, and her breathing had yet to slow. She trembled slightly and inwardly scolded herself for being so weak, but she didn't leave her position. She still sat where she was, feeling lost.

"Well..." Leon found that he could move a little now, and he leaned forward just a little, shifting to get comfortable. "The saying goes...that siblings share everything. And they stick together. I want to know why you started off hating my guts instead of finally accepting a chance to not be...alone."
He had always seen her stand so regally tall, apart from everyone else. She had them bowing at her feet. But surely it was no fun up there? He couldn't imagine just being crabby like her all day. There must be a reason why she was so bitter to everyone. Knowing your enemy was the first step of compromising them, but at the same time, he actually genuinely wanted to know.

"I...don't want to be weak. If I'm weak, I lose to my anger...and kill...people who..I don't want to. I don't want to feel like I can...rely on others. I'm fine alone. I'm fine by myself. That's how it has always been, unless everyone starts lying to me again." Kim turned so that her back faced him, though she was still curled up in a ball. She reprimanded herself over and over again. You don't want to be weak, but you exploit your weakness to your enemy? Her inner thoughts were correct, and she couldn't deny that she felt slightly suspicious. "I don't want to talk to you." Focusing on breathing, she breathed in gently and exhaled, her deep breaths quickly steadying her breathing. Why did he want to know about her? It wasn't like they were going to be all disgustingly chummy later. After all, if they were, how would it be possible for her to take it if she ever was betrayed? Knowing that he was a trickster was undoubtedly changing her mind.

A smile hint of a smile tinted his features. He shook his head slightly. "Now you're making me feel special by sharing your thoughts." He wasn't so sure what to think of Kim now. She had done quite a lot to make his life as painful as possible, and she had done a good job about it. Now, if she was going to try killing Tori, he would never forgive her. She was still a threat.
"Kim, you don't have to. Look, if you kill me, I'll come right back, yeah? We're still sibling whether you like it or not." He tried not to sound to smug about it, but he had kind of just found her exploited soft spot.

"Well, as long as you're poisoned, I can go kill off your weakness." She snapped at him, unintentionally. She had meant to mock him teasingly, but she was clearly on edge. "You'll come back even if you die, but when you have to live without that demigod, will it still be living?" She was making a reference to herself, but he'd never know; it wasn't every day where they shared their thoughts with each other. "And we're not siblings. We're like...less-than-half siblings." Kim shrugged. "I don't want to be compared to the likes of you." Her cruel words were calm this time, and she felt herself slip back into her sadistic personality.
She knew that she'd just ratted herself out, and that he now knew her weakness. So, she decided that later, after she'd gotten rid of his soft spot, she'd overcome her own. Of course, she had to watch him suffer from the pain of the poison, first; where else was the fun? Seeing a demigod struggle underneath her would be way less entertaining than watching his face grimace in pain.

"You're still-!" He cut off, trying to think of anything that could take her mind off of Tori. What was worse was, he knew that she was planning to let him watch her death, her suffering. His own eyes filled with pain once again at the thought of something like that happening. He found the strength to move forward. "Well, you're stupid poison seems to be wearing off just a little. Looks like there wasn't enough." He mumbled. "We're still family. Maybe if you'd stop trying to kill me, I would do the same!"
(Man, mine are way shorter than yours)

"Did you really think I'd let myself stay soft for so long?" Kim's sadistic personality had returned for the sake of her pride. "You're going down, lion boy." Unsheathing two daggers, she raced over, her speed faster than before, because all obstacles were no longer in the way. She'd mak sure that finding out her weakness was the biggest mistake he could ever make, and that he could never use it against her. She'd seen him start to move, and that was enough. She had to show him she had more power than he could have ever imagined, wiping that cocky grin right off of his face. Charging him with the daggers, she thought of everything she'd ever wanted to destroy him with. Right before she could stab him, Kim snapped out of her anger, surprising herself. She didn't know what had caused her to stop. Was she turning soft? Her hesitation could be fatal, and she knew even wasting a second more could lead to her own death. Luckily, she'd flung Leon's sword away. But even so, she was puzzled with bewilderment at her hesitation. What was going on with her today?

His vision was blurry even as his eyes widened slightly as Kim stood, then charged straight for him. His fingers scrabbled against the concrete, and he managed to scoot away to the side. Even so, he was a sitting duck. "Why won't you listen to me?" He growled, bracing himself for the end or something. But the blade never came down. He slowly opened his eyes, looking back up at her. She seemed just as confused at him, but he had registered the fact that he was still in the game.
He eyed the dagger warily, watching the sun's rays glint off of the metal teasingly. Leon knew it was going to be even more painful if it was a direct stab. He slowly moved to the side, his back still against that wall. He still couldn't get on his feet yet; they were too weak. "Uhm, you still never answered my question about why you started out hating me so much." He was trying to buy himself more time, truthfully, by starting the conversation up again.
(Wait, is there lethal poison on that dagger or something? O.O Don't kill Leon!)

"Do you really not remember?" Was she the only one that held a grudge over her past? The past that had memories they were forced to share? She didn't want family, and when she found out she...had family..well, it wasn't so pleasant. On top of that, her 'family' had gotten a kill off of her, which stung her pride. She was still hesitant, however, if he kept asking, and if he actually got to the point that he could move, she'd stab him. A subconscious feeling inside told her that she didn't really want to avenge her pride, at least, not that much that she'd keep failing at assassination attempts. She brushed it away, readying herself for the kill. It occurred to her that she could have left earlier to finish off the demigod, but seeing him desperate was in fact enjoyable.
(Uhm, yeah, there is, but I won't and can't kill Leon.)

(Wait, what? If there's the fatal kind of poison, it should kill him...No stabby no stabby! Jk, I don't know...)
Leon shrugged sheepishly, trying to act as casual as possible, though his gaze was trained warily on the weapon in her hand. "You kind of never told me why. You just jumped at me like a rabid dog. I had to defend myself." That was how it had started off his relations with Kim. He was beginning to get slight feelings in his legs now, but that was pretty much all it was. He needed more time, and she looked ready to tear him apart. He wondered why she hadn't done it yet, anyway.
(Lazy.)

Kim was unsure of what to do. Should she stab him and end it, running for the demigod to make him suffer even more? She didn't want to explain the root of her hatred, nor did she want to take the time to converse with Leon. If he didn't know, she wasn't ready to exploit her background to him; he was the type to find out her weakness just from that. Kim was simply bored of him right about now, but still ready to stab him. She bit her lip; there were so many possibilities of how this was going to go down.
(Lazy too. Well, her poison is always fata-I mean. >w> Well, anyway, she can't kill him. So, just a minor cut? How about she like stabs after being provoked a tad, but he moves out of the way; she grazes something? Idk, your choice. :/)
