"I know, it's hard getting used to." He was surprised that he could control them well. Since they were close, the wings obeyed him. But he could tell Shade didn't like it. so he gestured for him to sit next to him and watch the fight.

Kayden jumped back from her sword, but swung his around and it met hers with a cling sound and he attempted to push her back and off balance.

He sat down gratefully. He didn't like flying. He watched Kat and Kayden exchange the first few blows. They were good as well. One swifter fighting was just as fascinating. You didn't have to go so fast and tire yourself out immediately. They were fast too. But they could block and fight on even ground. And their skill was easy to see. They had lots of it. Shade relied on his number of swords to be on their level.

(I got like 2 min before dinner)
Kat fell back but instead of hitting the ground she sunk into it her hand on her sword reappearing behind Kaysen she tried to make a quick trip and jumped to her feet sword ready as she twirled it like a baton.

He blinked as Kat disappeared. Looks like her powers had more than improved. He didn't even know she could do that. Shade shifted in his seat. Kayden was fast too, but he didn't seem to use his powers as much.

He narrowed his eyes carefully. That was a huge attribute to their quest. If she could control it properly, it would be like teleportation. He had been to camp for ten years. Out of all the Demeter kids, she was the first one to do that. Terry realized she had more power and potential probably. That's why she had trouble controlling her powers moore than other half bloods. she had more power than usual.

Kat was at her feet sword gripped tight. The silver blade flashing as she tried to lunge at him her blue eyes shinning.

(I think maybe we should then start the quest. And the 5 days with you gone could be days when they are trying to figure things out, not high points, since we don't want you to miss them)

(k. And pm me when the plot starts or whatever. And if something happens...to my character...or Terry's, ya know..)
Shade stood up, looking at the sun. It was sinking fast. "It's time to leave. Let's head for the bus station." He gathered his packs and looked at the rest of them.

"It's getting late after all." He noted. Then he turned to Kayden. He nodded for him to take the lead and tell them where they were going. The wing unfurled themselves after being curled tight in their hibernating form. They fluttered restlessly, reacting to Terry's amount of energy and mood.
