Invasion on the Camp

I've talked to Lauren about ideas to increase activity and stir up some trouble in the camp, and also a way for the Camp and monsters in NYC to interact with each other, since the Camp has been sticking to just the Camp and Monsters to just the Monsters and Mortals (with the exception of the Tori-Leon plot).

So, there will be an invasion on the Camp. After a couple months of planning, Carter has decided to infiltrate Camp Half-Blood in an attempt to decimate the demigods that live there. I'll rp an announcement of his plan within the Subways, as well, if anyone would like to join, that way there's a reason for other monsters to know about the plan.

The plot will last probably about a week or two and will compose of only a few threads, more than likely. The plan is for Carter to announce his plan to the other monsters of the Subways and ask if they would be willing to join him. He'll approach the Camp in mortal form, claiming to be a son of Erebus - the primal god of darkness.

He'll be innocently invited into the camp by a random demigod (message me if you'd like to be that demigod, just so I know who I'll be initially rping with) and Carter will reside there for the rest of the day. Come nightfall, he will sneak out into the woods - the best cover in the camp - and invite the rest of the monsters in.

The miniature army will then swarm the camp without warning, killing off a few of the minor demigods - the ones no one actually rps - and battling against other members' demigods. Eventually, the monsters will be driven out, but at a great cost to the demigods.

This will be a camp-wide fight, so all campers will be present, though not necessarily rped.

So, does this sound good? I was hoping to start this plot either Tuesday or Wednesday, to give everyone a chance to read this and, if they want to rp as the demigod that invites Carter into the camp, message me on either my Carter or Pyre account. I'll announce who that demigod will be on this thread the day before the plot begins.

I feel like Kim should do this, but Kim wouldn't take orders from people and usually sticks to having fun with monsters...the only demi-god was Tori because of Leon. :/

Fang Vixen: Haha, I use the term 'Monster' loosely. It's easier than specifying.

@kim: So, would she be in or out? Carter would only be giving actual orders to the average monsters and mythical beings (happy Fang? ). He'd see Kim and Fang as equals, and share authority with them. Plus, Carter could use this as a sort of peace offering, assurance Kim won't go after Jackie or something.

Well she wouldn't go after Jackie anyway; she has a personal issue with Leon & so that's why she went after Tori.

No offense...but mortals don't matter to her. xD;;

Then I dunno... I mean, Carter doesn't know for sure she wouldn't go after Jackie and Kim just uses this to her advantage as a way to kill off some pesky demigods? :/

I also still need a demigod to let Carter into Camp. Maybe you could use this as a way to start rping Cascade, again.

And all Cascade would do is find Carter wandering near the border and ask if he was a demigod or something. He'd say 'yes' and she'd invite him in. Maybe she could have, like, a flashback or something to the day Julien found her when she sees Carter and decides to honor Julien's memory by doing what he did for her. I dunno, I just need some demigods who will be participating.

Which brings me to another point: Should I postpone this plot until activity speeds up? Right now, it's only the three of us. I guess we each have a camper and a monster, though, if need be. I was just hoping to see a few more faces.

So, that makes Carter, Fang, and Kim on the monsters side and Zeke, Terry, Tina, and Cascade on the demigods. Plus, if anyone logs in in the middle of the climactic fight scene, their demigod can still pop in since the fighting would be right at their front door.

Anyways, I guess I'll start the plot with the big announcement in the Subways!
