Max walked up to Garret having decided not to long ago that leaving the son of Poseidon out in the monster infested New York wasn't the best idea. Running up to him holding a pretzel she stopped spotting Kat and catching his words "If she has a problem I can try to help. She doesn't look dangerous..." she told Garret turning to Kat with ivy green eyes "I'm Max Zarate by the way, daughter of Chronos,"

Garret turned to Max frowning as he pushed away Kat's sword "No. She could get you into problems and you'll be involved in a mess we don't need," he said half pleading as he stated at her with kind sea green eyes. His back to Kat hiding his dislike towards her.

Kathrine shot a glare at Garret "Max I need your help..." and so she began explaining everything she wanted done and why. Max pitching in a couple thoughts and questions throughout the story as the daughter of Persephone convinced her to help her.

Garret listening to Kat but pulled Max away "Max don't do this. Please..." he pleaded looking down at her with warm and caring sea green eyes "I have a bad feeling about this..." he said softly holding her hand gently. "She's daughter of Persephone, if Hades finds out your helping her...he will kill you too..." he said softly. "And I can't lose you Max..."

Max shook her head at Garret smiling slightly "Hey don't worry. If anything goes wrong I'll turn back time again," she said with a brilliant smile. "It's only messing with her past, not ours. We will be fine," she promised smiling at Garret sweetly. Then turning to Kathrine she nodded "Ok, just come by Silver Creek tomorrow night and I'll be ready for you," she told her

Garret frowned "Max, you know reversing time doesn't always fix everything..." he whispered softly coming closer to her and brushing her hair away from her face gently "At least if you decide to go through with this...promise you'll try to be safe..." he asked her softly, his eyes gently and kind.
