Tori watched the guards turn to get her "There must be another monster! Or a demigod in alliance with them..." one of the guards muttered. Tori quick and unhesitantly swung into a tree. Some rocks stuffed in her pockets for throwing purposes. Climbing high up the tree Tori looked at where Leon was. Two guards having stayed behind to trap him. Taking cautious softball aim she threw a rock at the biggest of the two guards. Her speed around 60/65 due to the fact she was pitcher at some point. But such a throw nearly made her fall out of her position in the tree. Griping the branch and having nearly fallen ontop of the tallest of the guards. Her breathe caught as she silently shifted back into the branch which hung at least 7 feet from the ground. The guards below her spreading out to search for her.

Leon snarled at the guard nearest to him, trying to kick the guy in the shin. They had insanely firm grips on him, and he knew they weren't going to let him go anytime soon. His worry right now was more on Tori, who was swinging from a tree like a monkey. The moment she tipped a little for the sake of throwing a rock, his emotions kicked into worry overdrive.
"Why don't we just take this one to Mr. Sullivan first?" One of the Ares guards asked.
Leon smirked, once again struggling to get free. "Yeah, why don't you? I'll get free soon enough if you don't."

Tori watched the guards spread out, and soon enough saw the guards trying to take Leon away. Almost certainly to her father. Pulling out another stone she was about to throw it to knock one out when suddenly she felt herself getting dragged out of the tree. One of the guards of Ares smirking. Not seeing her face but seeing she was a girl and a demigod. "What are you doing helping a monster?" he growled in her face.
Tori swallowed shooting a glance at Leon. Her voice suddently dropped to a low threat "I would unhand me if I were you," she spoke in a beautiful song-like melody that made the guard's jaw drop. "Ms. Sullivan, I'm sorry.." he whispered quickly letting go of her "And my friend?" she said. But her father burst through the doors, the lights from inside the house illuminating the whole scene. Tori blinking. Her father's jaw clenched, hazel eyes furious, he was a sharp looking man. And currently seemed deadly.

Gah, one of the guards had caught her before he could shout a warning. He hung suspended between two angry Ares children, but their grip loosened when they realized that his friend was none other than Tori.
They released her, and before he could register anything else, a man burst through the doorway. He swallowed hard. Guessing from his matching hazel eyes and furious expression, the man was her father. Trouble had come now. "Um...could we just be calm and sit down for some tea?" he asked quietly as a joke to lighten the tension. One of the men holding him snarled, "Shut up." Leon just threw him a hateful glare.

Mr. Sullivan snarled an order and Tori watched Leon get thrust forward to her father. His hazel eyes fiery. Tori suddently felt a hand grab her shoulder and lead her forward with a push. Tori blinking tried to wrap her head around the whole situation. They hadn't gotten far and were already getting caught. Great.
"Bring them inside to the Study." he told the guards. Leon getting pushed brutally forward and Tori being lead forward carefully but with a slight push. Her hazel eyes looking at her father's face only to flinch at his cold anger.

It had been a long time since he had experience the minor touch of fear. For a mortal, Tori's dad was intimidating. He was thrown in front of the man, and they made eye contact for just a moment. Nervousness sent a chill up his spine. He could see the family resemblance, but her father had a hard cold gaze set in fury. He had gotten the daughter of Aphrodite in trouble. This was his fault. This could all end in his death just because he couldn't have chosen a more reasonable time to visit her.
He could try to escape or something, but he was sure it wouldn't turn out successful with all the guards around him. Besides, he was not leaving his sword behind. It was a gift from his father- from a fallen demigod. The son of the Nemean Lion was shoved forward roughly, and he almost fell forward in surprise. He caught himself with a stumble, and was pushed forward again. He resisted the urge to growl at the guard and obeyed. Leon knew resistance was futile, and allowed himself to be lead into the study. He threw a worried gray glance at Tori to see if she would be okay, but he was positive that she wasn't.

Mr. Sullivan walked into the study after the two teenagers were seated for about 5 minutes kn stony silence with guards. Tori still as her hazel eyes surveyed Leon. But when the door opened she stood up like a shot. Her gaze meeting her father's with a mixture or fearlessness and shame. "Leave us alone." He ordered the guards moving behind the desk. His muscles tense as he turned to glare at them. Taking a deep breathe she fought to remain calm. "I will be reasonable this once Tori. But you better have a good explanation of why you were leaving with a monster." He growled. His hazel eyes dark as he shot a deadly gaze at Leon.
Tori bit her lip not responding. At this her father became frustrated "Well Dp you want to explain what you were going to fl wit me daughter? Why go through the trouble to kill her?" He growled fighting to remain calm and not just order the boy to be killed.

They were pushing him forward repeatedly, and Leon held his temper. He waited patiently until they entered the study, and the guard pretty much shoved him into the chair. He sat back heavily, tense. It was awkward silence, really, and they waited for Tori's father to enter. He took a quick glance at a guard, in the mood to crack a sarcastic joke, but it probably wasn't a good time for that. He didn't want to make a bad impression, and he didn't want to get Tori in trouble. If she weren't here on the other hand...let's just say all Hades would have broken loose.
Leon's gaze followed the daughter of Aphrodite's father as he entered the room, his expression remaining as indifferent and calm as he could manage. He didn't feel like going to Hades for a month again before being reincarnated. He hated it down there.
He watched the father-daughter conflict before him, not uttering a word until her father turned to address him. His questions kind of annoyed him, and he couldn't help but shoot out of his chair onto his feet. "What do you mean, kill her? Who said I was going to kill her? I'm her friend!" Leon countered. Okay, the moment it was out his mouth, it was pretty unbelievable. Oh, yes, there was a vegetarian monster out on the loose, everyone scream in shock and terror. He paused, struggling to think of a way to make it sound sincere, though his gray eyes were already as truthful as could be- and irritated.

Mr. Sullivan slammed down his hand on his desk "TAKE YOUR SEAT," he bellowed "AND DON'T DARE LIE YOU FOOL," the dangerous man somehow managed to look even more threatening and Tori then jumped forward "Stop yelling at him! Why don't you believe him? If he was to kill me wouldn't he have done it before?" she asked her father.

Leon didn't flinch under pressure, he grew more defiant from it. He was used to being yelled at by monsters far more intimidating by a mortal man. He had to give the guy props, though, he was good enough to make him ticked off. His eyes sharpened, and his fangs were more prominent. It happened when he was angrier. "You will not tell me what to do," he growled, "I saved her life more than once already. Those guards you have can't defeat Kim's gang, and I've been picking them off for her. Your daughter is just a target in the mortal world." He stepped down, sinking into the chair as Tori leaped forward to protest. Her words reflected his. He had protected her from Arcane. If he had wanted her dead, she would have been already by then.

Mr. Sullivan yelled over Leon "YOU WILL NOT TELL LIES IN MY OFFICE, YOU AND YOUR KIND ARE ALL TRYING TO KILL HER, TO TAKE HER AWAY!" his anger clear. She was the only thing he had left of Aphrodite. And he wouldn't let go of her. Tori flinched at this, then he glared at his daughter "Tori Sullivan. You shall go to your room this instant. You are forbidden to see him from now on," he commanded. His hazel eyes hard. His word was law. And even Tori knew it. Tori felt her insides grow cold "But that's not fair! He didn't do anything wrong! He didn't hurt me! How could you do this!" she half yelled back. Her eyes burning as they threatened to let tears slip. Even in the border of crying she was beautiful. Making Mr. Sullivan feel bad. But eh waved it aside "it's for the best. He is no good. From the streets. I have said it and will repeat myself no more. Go to your room. It is forbidden to see him," At this Tori ran out angered and half in tears. Her footsteps in the hallway soon enough disappeared in the distance. Mr. Sullivan sighing before looking back at Leon. His kindness slipping away. "I do not believe one word of this. But I will let you live, this once. But first, we must talk," he told the monster trying to calm down. "Refreshments?" he asked getting up and pouring a cold icy glass of water.

Forbidden to see him? He felt his inside twist, burning with hatred for the man before him. He stayed motionless, watching Tori race out of the room with the beginning of tears at the corners of her eyes. He resisted the urge to run after her, tell her it was going to be okay, and that he could bypass any security. But he couldn't. It was her safety that would come first hand.
He turned back to her father once she had disappeared, loathing clear in his expression. "Is there something wrong about being from the streets? Without parents, there's nowhere else to go." His tone was calm, but filled with a dangerous threat. It was obviously a challenge. "Thank you," He snarled, sarcasm pouring out from his voice as Mr. Sullivan decided to "spare" him. This place couldnt hold him. He could smash the window now and jump over the walls to his escape, but he stayed. "I don't want anything. What would you want to talk to me about, if I'm just a hated monster?" He waved aside the offer without a blink. "It's about the safety of your daughter, isn't it? This security was nothing to me. It won't be anything for Kim, either."

Mr. Sullivan looked down at Leon as he spoke of being an orphan. "There is nothing wrong with working from nothing. But people like you obviously haven't gotten anywhere for a reason. What's wrong with you being from the streets? Let's start with this. Lack of respect. Where's the respect you would have had being raised in a household such as mine?" he spat the Leon. Clear disdain.
Mr. Sullivan sighed. "Yes. It's about Tori's security. But also about something else..." He put the cup down on the desk. "As you probably know by now. Tori is not the one who could fight of monsters. She would probably be killed within a day without protection. I am aware of many that attempt to kill her. We have a team of demigods and monsters protecting her in secret. But for some reason you were not considered a threat. No. tonight we allowed you asses to her. But it was not to bring her out. It was to test our security. So we shut down security in. Turned out security on." he paused momentarily "I want to know everything. If you value Tori as much as you claim you do, you wouldn't object,"

"I'm not a human. You know that. I can't just walk in and go to school or get a job. I hunt and am hunted. I carry a sword around for a reason!" Leon snapped back at the man with a fiery light in his gray eyes. "I don't need to be raised in a household to learn respect. I raised myself, and I give respect to those who have earned it." He allowed the thought to hang bitterly in the air, and he stood down after having made him point. They wouldn't come to friendly terms, he knew, but they would discuss Tori, a matter that they both cared for. Mutual tolerance for the moment, in other words.
He was silent, listening to Mr. Sullivan's thoughts. His gaze slid to the ground. "You want to know everything? I'll tell you. I've been protecting her way better than your guards. As a result, I've gained more injuries than you ever will in a lifetime within a week." His tone was heated, but not angry. He chose to keep away the monsters for a reason. As a result, the monster specifically ended up targeting him instead of the daughter of Aphrodite. That way, all the attention was on him. That was why he moved somewhat slower now, he was still healing. "How we met...well, I just ran into her on one of her free hours walking around. One of my friend's thought she was dangerous to me, and ended up attacking her. I protected her, and I ended up getting hurt. Then Tori called in a daughter of Apollo. I was about as good as new....but of course I had more monsters after her to deal with." He finished, crossing his arms over his chest, raising a brow to look at him. It was the truth, and complete honesty dominated his expression, it was up to him whether or not to believe him.

Mr. Sullivan laughed at Leon. “Respect? Why would I strive for your filthy respect? You barge into my land and put my beautiful daughter’s life in danger! You’re weak, if my lowest guards could pin you how easy would it be for this Kim of yours to pin you and kill Tori? Would you have even tried to help her? Could you have even helped her? “ his voice raised in fury “My daughter Tori had no issues with living until she meet you. Until she meet you she had never even known of the existence of monsters. I’ve had an expert assassin kill everyone who has dared enter even her nightmares.” He hissed at Leon.
Mr. Sullivan listened to his story in silence observing him quietly as he drank the water. “How would a daughter of Aphrodite be dangerous?” he wondered silently. Then a thought struck him “NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. No that is foolish. Idiotic even! You aren’t protecting her out of kindness towards demigods! No…” Mr. Sullivan looked furious. Even angrier than before if that was possible. He had protected his beloved princess from everything, but how could her mother have put her n harms way? How dare his beloved Aphrodite do this to him? He looked ready to kill Leon but he quickly calmed down, or appeared to do so. His tense muscles a small sign he was still furious. In a calm level tone he spoke “Tell me Leon. Why do you care about my Tori so much?” yes, he showed possession of Tori. Because she was his beautiful princess, and he wasn’t sharing with a half breed lion!
