Tina watched a bit wide-eyed, worrying for Julien. She tilted her head, her crystal blue eyes watching every movement. She winced every time Silver landed a hit. The girl was amazing, and she had a feeling she could never be as good as her. Maybe she was going a little too hard on her brother? She sat down in the sand obediently watching, not really liking the idea of the electric fence.

Silver who was already in offensive position and with lightning around her rolled to the side and the lightning shot up hitting his sword, so unless he had some leather or ice at the handle then it would definently make his hand vibrate. Silver sighed “Might I add think before you attack, I was already ready to attack you, so you attacking me was useless unless it was a fake attack followed by something quicker. And may I add your surrounded by my element of power, thus knowing that if by a chance you missed you would definently feel some sparks.” Making the electric fence shot into the sky and away she said. Watch. Turning to face the nearest dummy she stood the way he stood earlier. The dummy completely still. “If I was attacking myself, who just happened to be offensive position, therefore firmer and ready to move quickly then I’d get myself out of the position.” Leaping forward she made the small dagger aim at the shoulder, but in the last second Silver dropped the dagger and set it through the dummy’s stomach. “The only reason why you should aim for the stomach in a fight is if you know you will most likely die and want to do the last lethal attack. This attack makes you vulnerable, you’re not as quick, but it’s twice as strong, the stomach being the easiest part of your body to penetrate, and kill 80% of the time. The head and heart the other two organs. But if I were wearing armor, then you would do better either knocking the helmet off my head and slicing my throat, or disarming me and get me into a position where I cannot use a weapon, your weapon, or my powers.” Her explanation sounded obvious as she stepped back and face him twirling the dagger during the speech and returning to offensive position at the end.

Sighing, Julien, once again, stepped back and looked at Silver with unbelieving eyes. "C'mon, give me a break. I'm just learning. This is the first time I've ever used a weapon!" Sheathing his knife, he continued his pleading. "Besides," he began, "you're supposed to just be giving us a tour, right? We're not supposed to be getting battle training. And if we are actually being forced into battle training, why can't you just start out slow, instead of pointing out every flaw in our strategy?"

Silver's eyes flashed "This is slow. Knowing what you did wrong is useful unless you want to continue fighting worse than a five-year old." she smirked "You wouldn't last a minute if I wasn't going slow," and Silver was positive of that. The boy seemed too unwilling to learn. So at times she wondered if she was teaching a rock. "Knowing how to defend yourself if useful. One second your safe, the next you and your closest thing to family are attacked by monsters, it's as simple as that," she said shrugging.

Julien glared at Silver - the first actual glare he'd made in months. Drawing out his knife, he lunged with a slash. At the same time, he kicked out toward Silver to see if she would be too focused on his lunge and not pay attention to his kick, though even if it did make contact, it wouldn't hurt.

Tina opened her mouth to defend Julien, and add that his words did strike a point. Then she shut it, biting her lips when they continued to fight, Julien taking the first move. She decided not to interfere. That was usually her intention anyway, and anythg other than that would serve no use and be of no help.

Silver was used to glares therefore she didn't care. Her eyes narrowing as he lunged forward her dagger deflecting the slash but his kick making contact with her skin. Which she would have probably not have noticed if there wasn't a crack in the air from the electricity running through her zapping him. Frowning she said "Oops, sorry I forgot I had that up..." it was her electric shield. It kept people from touching her so she kept it up at all times, and sometimes forgets it exists. "...I should probably take that down..." she sighed contemplating wether it was worth getting out of her comfort zone. "Well at least you moved quicker, now you need to move stronger." Which would probably as close as he'd get to a compliment at this stage of training.

"That was just to show I can actually do it," Julien retorted, after recovering from yet another shock. "Had I wanted to, I could've made that kick stronger. I just wanted to prove a point: I can land a blow when fighting. This is training not a life or death situation!" Then, after contemplating what he'd just said and taking into account Silver's... ah... gifted mind, he added, "And don't make it a life or death thing, either!"

Silver rolled her eyes at his little speech "If I were actually attempting to fight you I wouldn't be so narrow minded and sloppy. If this was a real fight, or a life or death situation I can assure you, right now you wouldn't be standing. Paralyzed if lucky." a slight smile on her face. "Fighting isn't like soccer, or football. You don't start out with baby steps if you want to survive anything. You don't know when some of the monsters from the forest may come out to attack you, or Mr. D will decide to attempt to amuse himself by turning you into a mouse and putting you in a cage with hawks." the second situation actually occuring before Julien and Tina arrived.

Sighing, Julien asked, "So what do I have to do to end this training session?" He was really getting tired of fighting.

Silver's eyes narrowed watching him without much interest but in thought. Smiling slightly she said "Ok, we can end the training session if you don't get shocked in the next 15 minutes," and without a warning lifting shot straight at where he was at. Picking up her clear sword she felt the electricity rush throug her and through the blade shooting at the ground underneath Julien. An electric shot uo once more and made his dodging space smaller. Just leaving him about 10 feet from east to west and 15 north to south. "If you don't want to fight you can dodge. Don't let a spark hit you or I'll actually try to trap you and show you a small amount of what happens when your not prepared in a fight,"

"Oh, gods," was all Julien got out before realizing he had to move or be fried. He moved to the side but nearly got shocked, again. "A whole 15 minutes of this?" he asked, hurriedly, keeping on his toes.

Silver nodded. She didn't even seem to be putting much effort into shocking Julien. The electric fence inteself was closing in on him the ground started shooting lightning at the awaiting storm clouds above and silver made small balls of electricity revolve around Julien as if awaiting him to slow down to attack. "This shouldn't be too difficult," she said honestly. If he was quick he would make it. Felling like making it an obstacle course she even added electric hurdles so the only way he could move forwards, left, or right was to jump over them. And at the end she allowed a small hole in the fence for him to get through.

This shouldn't be too difficult? Silver was like a monster in her strength. Watching just made Tina nervous for Julien. She couldn't even jump over those hurdles. She rubbed her arms, not enjoying her imagination at getting shocked. The daughter of Demeter just watched a bit in dismay.

Julien spotted the orbs of lightning and stayed as clear from them as possible, jumping over various electric hurdles. The boy was panicking, not wanting to be caught off-guard by the electricity Silver was making and controlling. "Can I get some advice from the coach? Maybe some encouragement?" he asked, Silver, half joking half wanting a hint on how to make this easier.
