Julien sat what small amounts of luggage he had with him down upon a random bunk. I wonder where the 'Cabin Leader' or whatever is.... was his first thought.
Unpacking, he found a nice little rip in one of the mattresses ytyhe could stash his money. the poor boy only had about $20 on him left for his own use. His grandparents despised him and his mother even more.
Wandering about the cabin was no use to him getting acquainted with the cabin but there was nothing else for him to do. He stuffed the last $1 bill in the mattress, covered the rip with a blanket, and moved his belongings over to the bed with the rip and his money. He grabbed a couple of spare shirts and quickly shoved them into a dresser. Julien wasn't one for taking time to loo nice. He would throw on any old shirt and go. It's just his way of living.

Silver of course, having nothing to do was sent here to welcome the new kid. Which was rather a pointless thing. How could she welcome anybody? Eyes electrifying she knocked on the door. Her bright blonde hair slicked back in a ponytail as she glared at the door. Her arms crossed over her white leather jacket. She wore black jeans that day and white Vans. Which made her seem a bit different than her hostile eyes imply. A bag at her feet she decided instead of chatting with the boy she can go through a quick tour and hand him his stuck before forgetting his existence until she felt bored enough to mess with him.

Julien was just finishing with his belongings - just a few shorts and such left - when he heard a knock at the door. "It's open!" he called out. Poor Julien was completely oblivious to the future torture he would endure because he had allowed the girl into his cabin. Setting his things down, he turned to the still shut door, walked up, and opened it. "I said it was open."

Silver didn't smile. Her eyes still electrifying. "Hello," she said the word rolling off her tongue in a strangely sweet venomous form that was appeasing but discomforting. Was she being nice? No. The word was like a warning. Don't mess with her. "I'm Silver." she said her eyes surveying his clothing. Obviously not rich. But she didn't care at the moment. All she wanted was this to end. The day was nearing and frantically the memories were in the air.

Julien smiled. "Ah," he said. "I'm Julien Roux. You must be the welcoming party, eh?" he said with a grin. He could tell this girl hated him already. It was all in her eyes, her stormy, chaotic eyes. Yes, those eyes. "Daughter of Zeus, then?" he said. It made sense with her eyes. He'd noticed a small static shock when he'd opened the door, as well. Daughter of Zeus was the obvious answer. Unless, maybe, a daughter of Hecate? No. Zeus. Definitely one of Zeus's kids. Julien always went with his gut feeling, and it was saying Thunder.

Silver didn't make the slightest movement closer to the boy. Her eyes glaring at him like they did with everybody. "Yes, I'm here to help you settle in since your cabin leader Kathrine Woods is on a quest," her voice didn't give the impression she was angry at the moment. Just that she didn't care. Silver handed him a bag. She was one of the campers who had money to buy anything so as a, welcoming thing she had this bag full of possible things he would need. Not that she wanted the boy welcomed, but Chiron told her to do so, in exchange for something she needed.

Taking the bag, Julien peered inside to find a few neon orange shirts and toiletries. "Ah, thanks," he said with an obviously fake smile. She handed the bag to him as if she was disgusted with it. He couldn't manage a real smile under those circumstances. Turning to his bed, Julien sat the bag down and looked back at Silver. "So, Silver," he began. "Got a last name?"
Julien was having a hard time being friendly. He was busy unpacking. He really didn't have time for formalities. He could cope, though. The introductions and small talk would pass to eventually be replaced by solitude and he could finally finish unpacking.

Silver's eyes narrowed into dangerous slits. "Silver is the only name for me you need to know so I see no point in bothering with my full name," she said coldly. Crossing her arms over her chest she watching him fake his smile. She was of course not surprised. He had no reason to smile, she why bother trying. "You don't have to bother pretending to smile. I won't be smiling fir you or anybody," she said coldly.

Julien immediately stopped smiling as if it hurt. "Okay, nice to know," he said, this time with a small, real grin. "Well, not to be rude, but is there anything else you need or can I please unpack?" He couldn't conceive the reason she was sent to welcome him. If everyone in Camp was like this, he would really have a hard time fitting in. Then again, he can always seem to fit in. He's done bright, school spirited types. He's done dark, emo-like types. He always seemed to adapt.

Silver's eyes narrowed as if analyzing him rather than hating him. But the electrifying shade was back, once more disliking him. Since she didn't really hate anybody except Zeke. "You can unpack, do the tour, then go eat or do the tour, unpack, and I'll be back in like an hour after the tour to show you were you sit since Kathrine isn't here," she said her voice strong as she tapped her foot not caring about his order of choice.

Julien sighed. Midas well get the worst of the day over with first. "The second one," he decided. Walking to the door, he brushed past Silver and walked out into the camp. "Coming, Silver?" he asked with a wave. He wanted this tour to be over as soon as possible so he could come back, put his stuff away, and eat something. He was starving and it would be his first full meal in days. Lately, he'd just been snacking on granola bars as he rode with his grandparents from Utah all the way across the U.S. to New York and Camp Half-Blood.

Any close or near contact with Silver would send your molecules buzzing uncomfortably. Eyes narrowing she walked out without fear ignoring him momentarily as she looked around the camp. Make this fast. Silver could tell Julien wouldn't want her there much longer and truthfully she didn't want him near her, period.

"Where are we off to?" he asked. "I've done a little exploring so we can skip the amphitheater and forge." A proud smile ran across his face. He was lucky enough to decide to explore on his own - less time he would have to spend touring the camp with Silver at his side. It was bad enough trying to talk to the girl but walking with her for an extended period of time would just drive a demi-god mad.

(And...the little innocent girl interrupts! XD)
Tina was confused. Many even lost. Well, she wasn't at the point yet where she was lost enough to tell someon and ask for help. The little shy girl had trouble talking to people. She was easily intimidated, and manipulated. She wasn't really paying attention, so she had nearly crashed into Julien while walking. She stopped quickly, blushing with embarrassment.
"Oh! I'm s-sorry...I didn't think- I didn't see-" Tina stuttered to a stop. She usually started, but then looked at the person, had a panic attack, then stopped. Her voice was tiny and barely audible.

Silver looked down at the little girl with electrifying eyes "Are you the other Demeter kid that arrived? Well tag along, I might as well knock out two birds with one stone." she said her voice cold and annoyed. How many Demeter kids was there in this damn camp? "I guess you can show her the forge and amphitheater then." she told Julien, not making any notice of his smile.
