"Kat!" Terry grabbed her arm, trying to pull her back, though as gentle as possible. "Stop it, we're not here to fight. Don't shame Lauren's funeral. Please." His eyes were pained, and Tina wasn't helping because she looked like she was going to start bawling any moment. "Just...leave it alone."

Kat turned her gaze to Tina "I suppose your another addition I my cabin as well," she said rather coldly still mad at Julien. But far more relaxed after Terry spoke. The plants automatically dropped and wrapped themselves onto beautiful stools and burst with flowers. Spring flowers. Kat stepped away from Julienne sighing and looking up at Terry "you are right. Lauren deserves a peaceful funeral..."
Silver glared at Kat up like a flash when Tina stepped in. Sure Silver felt bad about Lauren, but Silver knew Lauren would try to get herself killed. Lauren had been different before she left. And Silver knew from experience the look on her face. She remembered the feeling of pain too well. But at least Laureb was happier now. Somewhere Silver promised she wouldn't go but wanted to go...

Terry was relieved, honestly, that Kat had stopped. He didn't bother looking at Julien because truthfully, he was a bit angry too. He was right that he could have done something, but blaming Matt and Kathrine just wasn't going to happen. No one messed with Kat around him. Everything he said about them was horrible, and it was hard just to take it.

Julien glared at Terry before turning and walking away, drawing his knife and stabbing it into one of the stools, leaving the blade. "I would've gone... instead of her," he said, tears returning to his eyes. "If I knew this would happen, I would have taken her place. She was needed here, she had friends here. What do I have?" That being said, he turned back to his cabin to mourn the loss of Lauren in solitude, hoping no one came to interrupt... for their sake, not Julien's.
Zeke - Zeke held back tears, quickly freezing and shattering them if they came. He couldn't believe someone had gone out to help, knowing they would die. He supposed that was what happened here and that was how things were going to be - full of death. His eyes were cold but he felt sorry for Julien. He could tell he had been close to her, despite him never actually seeing them together, often, other than his first day when he heard that he and Tina had been practically rescued by Lauren from Silver's training sessions.

Kat shook her head remembering one thing "you would have died for no reason of you went. For one I doubt you have experience. And second Lauren was daughter of Apollo, original slayer of the Python..." she told him softly and thoughtfully. Then without a warning she turned around and walked off. She would go to her cabin and get the bag she just threw on her bunk. But Julien went there...and well she didn't want to lose her patience again. Nor want to destroy the cabins where she would finally sleep. Having already dome everything except that. Walking towards the strawberry field. She needed time to think...
Renate was silent. Her hands rushing to her face ever five seconds or so to catch a tear before it began rolling. If anything Renate was a bit soft hearted. Sure cocky and flirtatious. But also soft hearted. Then their was also the problem that she was close to the fire and the smoke made her eyes water as she stepped away from it. Spotting Zeke she forced a smile seeing him freeze his tears her joke a bit dry but nevertheless an attempt to brighten the mood and her own spirit "well isn't Mr. Frost a softie?"

Zeke grinned as best he could, despite the sorrow filling the camp. He couldn't stand to see this, much longer, and had planned on walking away. But that was before Renate had come up to him. "You caught me," he whispered, smiling. Still, the tears kept coming and he kept freezing them and shattering the ice, wiping the occasional tear that he missed off his cheek. His eyes seemed to be glowing in the firelight, almost a sky blue. He realized just how quickly a life can end and knew he wanted to spend it with Renate. But this wasn't the place nor time to tell her so he would have to wait for the right moment. For now, he would mourn Lauren's death.

Renate smiled at him. Her tears stopped coming and all she did was sniffle now. As she fought back a slight laugh. Another thing about Renate. After crying she usually laughs. Or mist falls asleep. Or in some cases both. Seeing he was still mourning she smiled sadly "Its hard to believe shes gone...she was just so bright and spirited...she was a essence of good...and its just hard to believe she is gone..." she said honestly looking up at the gloom purple sky.

Zeke nodded, solemnly. He didn't know what to say, so instead he turned and smiled at Renate, just glad he had her as a friend and, hopefully, more than just a friend in the future. There they stood, side by side, and he just wanted to put his arm around her and hold her tight. But he couldn't so something like that. Not when he hadn't even admitted to her he loved her.

Terry stared at the shroud of the daughter of Apollo. Lauren would definately missed, and he felt more guilty than ever. He turned, watching people leave on after another. Kat had gone, but he didn't stop her. He knew she would need time to think. He himself needed to clear his mind as well. He was going to his cabin as well.

Zeke nodded, turning around and heading for the cabins, walking slowly to spend as much time as he could with Renate. "I suppose your right," he smiled. Besides, if he stayed out here for too long, people would start to think he had feelings for her.

Summer stood rather awkwardly off to the side, not speaking, and having no one to talk to. Her gaze was dull and emotionless, like she was staring right through the shroud, obviously deep in thought. "Y-yeah, I'll definitely come back. I promise."
“You promised.” Summer’s voice was a soft whisper, drowned out slightly by the wind that she could barely hear it herself. He promised he would come back. Even though Shade had stuttered, she knew he had meant it. She was able to tell by the look in his hazel eyes, on that day months ago that seemed like years, that he really was going to try. “Liar.” It was more like a simple statement than an accusation. Why did you have to go off and betray us? Betray me? Hadn’t he known how much she had relied on him to return?
Suddenly, her vision went blurry, and Summer blinked, surprised. A drop of wetness slid down her cheek, and she brushed it away with a finger quickly, before anyone who happened to be looking could notice. She stared at the tear on her finger in numbed shock. She wasn’t really one to cry, unless it involved personal stuff. Maybe it was because of Lauren’s death—though she hadn’t really known the daughter of Apollo that well—but Summer suddenly had an overwhelming urge to just let everything spill out, all the hurt she’d kept inside, and have someone comfort her, which was nonexistent.
“Damn you, Shade…” The end of his name turned into a quiet sob.

Renate smiled up at Zeke "Pshh we know I'm always right." Her cocky side slipping in. Walking next to him slowly she actually enjoyed the fact he wasn't rushing. Her brown eyes going from Zeke to the purple dusk then back "ironic isn't it? Falling of Lauren as well as the falling of the sun..."
Silver was one of the few who was frozen watching the flames engulf Lauren. Her eyes lost in thought. Then Summer caught her attention. Her last words reaching the daughter of Zeus. "I would've said differently before. But I suppose uoj make some sense." She said clearly.

Zeke nodded, hating irony in this case. Usually, he loved to toy with people's minds and make jokes only few people would understand and, most of all, he loved irony. But, now, it seemed like the Fates were playing a cruel, unwanted joke. Noticing Julien's knife still in the stool of the tree roots, he grabbed it, sliding it into his pocket. "I guess I'll return this to him, later," he sighed, glancing at the Demeter cabin.

Summer glanced up at the voice, and her green eyes widened. Her face flushed scarlet with embarrassment as she realized Silver had been listening. It came to her as a surprise that Silver was actually talking to her. Summer certainly wasn’t going to cry all over Silver’s shoulder, for she would probably get electrocuted, but her presence was better than nothing, she supposed.
Glancing at Silver, she didn’t know how to best respond. Summer didn’t want to unintentionally offend Silver and lose the last bit of company. “Thanks, I…” She trailed off, staring at the smoke that had risen up into the air. “Um…it’s too bad Lauren isn’t…”
