So it still stands... Kathrine whistled through the air. Her green eyes cold and hard. It had only been a day since the owls. Her powers were still gone, and Kathrine was slowly feeling the world around her open under her feet. How long would it be untill she feel through? How long could she keep all this up?

Matthew didn't look at Kathrine when she spoke, just faced the shabby and tiny bus station hoping that the presence of soo many demi gods wouldn't call monsters forward. But Kathrine did say a demi god was protecting it. And he had been protecting it for ages. Since he does have the help of one of the nearby river gods. Due to the fact he was the god's only surviving son.

"Hey, you alright? You're spacing out." Terry had noticed Kat had been feeling rather down lately. Ever since she had lost her powers, that is.
(Shade- When will our powers be back to normal? Please say it will be back to normal soon...)

(Mat only told me until they get to ?Rushmore or until they find out what to do? Yeesh gotta check on that. Wait he should be on to answer that some time xD )
Kat looked at Terry her green eyes flickering. "Y-yeah..." she said but before she could make it more convincing she whispered the next words with a soft voice that seemed a bit zoned out "How can you stand not having powers...it feels soo weird and different...I hate it..." she said blinking and trying to push back her frustration.

Jasper was laggin behind. Everything seemed upside down to him. Going to Rushmore was so logical, but then what happens? Who would be the first to die? And who will live?

Terry tried to lighten the mood with a small laugh. "I just manage. I mean, I have magical items, so it's kind of like I have powers..." He put a hand on her shoulder. "It will be fine, they should return. But let's go and get a move on."

Kat stepped away from Terry and towards the bus station not looking at him. "I get we should get going, we don't have eternity to finish this quest..."

Terry tilted his head slightly. Kat seemed gloomy. He followed her towards the bus station. "And what do you mean by that?"

Kat didn't even bother looking at him. "We have to go to Mount Rushmore. I doubt one bus will take us all the way over there we should look for the soonest bus and getvas close to Rushmore as we can," she said.

Kathrine nodded "Agreed. I don't think I can stand much of a wait..." she muttered walking towards a small flower pot she felt her anger fold out as she fought back the urge to scream. Her green eyes on the flowers wit frustration and anger. How could this have happened?!? She wanted to scream. But she couldn't, especially since the flowers were now withering in a alarming rate, a slight wisp of smoke over them. Sending a glance at the direction of Shade and Jasper her eyes narrowed. So they do have their powers...Is it only me? she wondered.

Matthew shrugged as Kat continued her gloomy state. He never told them to speak up. He knew what he was doing. But he sighed, it was hard for them, they lost theirs involuntarily. Or so he thought... "Dude Shade I don't think you lost your powers..." he said watching the flower.

Shade blinked and looked up. He did lose his powers...didn't he? To confirm, he held out his hand. He waved it around. No black flame sparked to life. Not even some smoke....

Kathrine watched Shade "Maybe you only lost the control of using your powers at will..." she muttered darkly before walking away in frustration.

Jasper then started pacing impatiently. " So the bus is coming when?" He was freaking out. If the bus didn't come, what would happen? Don't think about it too much. Think positive!Jasper thugh

(Yes. They must have a ligit reason for finding out their powers have been swaped. It can't just be a 'I suddently grew a vine for no reason 'OMG i have Matt's powers'' kind of deal)
