Terry circled the area with his red marker and threw it back into his backpack, cap on, of course. He picked up the map and folded it, nodding in thanks to them. "Thanks for showing us around."

He nodded in agreement with Terry and stood up next to his friend. He looked at the kids. No evil aura of any type. For all he knew, they weren't monsters, which was good enough for him. He had barely gotten halfway through his drink, so he brought it with him. He noticed Terry had already finished.

Shade looked behind him to see the Hesphaestus cabin leader trailing behind. Shade had never bothered to talk to anyone before. But Jasper reminded him of himself. He didn't seem so talkative. Shade was just a kid that tagged along in the conversations and activities. He didn't add his own opinion or anything. He was just there. Like a shadow. But Jasper seemed more lonely. So Shade dropped out of the group and slowed to a walk beside him.

Shade pauses. He never told anyone his full name. Only Terry knew it. It was because he named himself. He never had a mother. He was an orphan that was raised by his mentor.
