Terry Coleman, Son of Hermes. It had a ring to it. It was true, after all. He sat up in his bed, groping around in his desk drawer. He finally grabbed his staff and took it out to study. It was a heavy gold pole. Thin and long. Two spheres of silver steel at the end. He took the hollow, yet sturdy staff and polished it carefully, wiping off the finger prints. He was holding the staff, so more stuck on each time he wiped them away. He gave stupid smile. He was going in circles. It would keep him entertained though. This was his precious staff. A gift from Hermes. He received it at sixteen. His father had answered his prayers. Her didn't like shedding his opponents' blood. He hated causing pain. The metal spheres at each thin end were able to amplify his power on impact. He aimed for pressure points skillfully. He smiled, mesmerized in his weapon for a while. The connection between him and his father...

Summer Wilson was walking by the Hermes Cabin with a book she was reading. It was quite good and she was very into it. She didn't get distracted until the pages of the book started flying all over the place. "Darn." She huffed and knelt down to pick the pages up, but she was frustrated because the pages were flying every which way.

He looked up to see a piece os paper float up to him. He gentle caught hold of it and looked up to see another demigod. Terry smiled and set his weapon carefully to the side and jumped onto his feet. Her book pages were scattered. He helped her scramble for the pages and returned with the rest. He let out a small whistle. "Ah, they're all out of order..."

Summer looked up as the boy came and helped her. "Thanks, I can get them into some sort of order," She says sighing. Collecting the last of the pages, she stands up.

"No problem." He said with a crooked smile. He stuck out his hand. "I'm Terry Coleman, son of Hermes. Nice to meet you."

"A hunter! That's great!" He plopped down into a chair on the porch, motioning her to do the same if she wanted to. Her skills must be cool. Terry couldn't do much with the stuff he got. He was silent and fast. But that only worked in a sneak attack. He didn't like doing it. It wasnt fair. Os he pretty much couldn't do much.

Summer smiles and sits down. "Yeah, I guess.." She says. "It must be cool to be the son of the messenger god.."

He shrugged. "There's not much to do. I'm just glad the non claimed will be here. I like company." His voice was cheerful and carefree as he got up. Being restless seemed to be another attribute. But he wasn't sure whether he got it from his father or not.

"You could ask Artemis to get more hunters, send you some friends. So how does immortality treat you?" He had always wanted that question answered. Immortality seemed nice, but maybe boring if dragged on too long.

"....Is that so....?" so it was slightly boring. Well, they could do what they wanted. They had more than a lifetime to finish whatever goal they had, so it seemed pretty nice.
