Ok, so I'm making a new site (yeah strange isn't it?) but it's gonna have a sort of Fairy Tale/Fantasy theme I'm thinking, I'm not sure. I have the skin and most of the coding done. But I'm not sure what I want as a plot. But that's besides the point. Or actually that can be a point too... A bit indecisive aren't I x) haha But anyways this thread is not an advertisement for the site, it's a advertisement for site staff and plot ideas. I am putting an ad here before asking some other sites because I trust you guys more than others ^.^ but if you'd like to check out the site it's

But I was thinking for plots possibly change my skin? I'm not sure it depends on the plot. Originally it was going to be a fairy tale thing when their is a king and queen ruling the land. And the plot was that they were currently at peace, but this evil witch, the sister of the queen (yes cliche isn't it?), will be casting a curse on the kingdom so that the king and queen die and the kingdom remains in ruins. I'm thinking this curse can change the Land of Aalias and make it into a sort of Alice in Wonderland thing. But I'm not sure if that is a good plot because I believe that would require canons and I typically prefer people making their own originals, which would happen, but it would mean some canons wouldn't be used therefore the plot wouldn't be as smooth. I'm not sure what I want to do but questions, ideas, comments?

Also due to the fact I'm flying around all summer I want to have good staff set up (not that Matt is not good staff, him and Lauren are welcome to join ^.^) but I want a stronger staff. I don't want it huge, I'm thinking of possibly no more than 5? But I was thinking I wanted to have skin/graphics/coding >1< (this I will be highly picky of, but I'm kinda ehh about this one cause I love doing skins too so this person would also be a moderator), moderators >3< (making sure the site is running and advertisements keep going), and another admin >1< (because it's nice to have another person).

I can help brain storming. I can't promise joining your staff because I'm adjusting, as you know, but I will say I will most likely join your site to help advertising and such x) but I'd like to say I like the site x) looks very suave xDDDD haha

Yeah I'm not sure yet. I'm thinking literate because I like literate too. But I don't want to pressurize people into making long posts. Because I know I get lazy too sometimes. But I'm thinking of possibly doing a 100 word count minimum? That would make it semi-lit and easy enough. But the problem is it may be too easy...or too difficult. So I'm thinking of possibly not having a word count minimum and just say your posts must be at least 2 paragraphs (4 sentences each paragraph). But I'm not sure yet...hm... But thank you yeah I didn't do coding. I got it from caution 2.0 xD haha. I thought this looked nicer than my failures. I was thinking about tranferring OD to a somewhat similar coding. But I like ours...It's kinda OD. You know? But I might just have a vote and create a sample site before I touch ours xDDD just so that I don't mess up ^.^

Hm...ok so I just added boards, but now I'm not sure if this new site is all that great...I was thinking the plot can be that there are two kingdoms. One is supposely good (the Land of Aalias) and the other is straight up evil, (the Land of Shadows) and the two are constantly at war. In between is the unfortunate Fuze. Which is victim to alot of battles. The Land of Shadows is ruled by one person, a dictator of a sort, and the people of it are shadows. All trained, deceitful, and dangerous. It is believed that the Land of Aalias' rulers, the King and Queen, had sucked out their spirits and now the shadows cannot die, but cannot be happy and live life the way they should. Which is why the shadows are trying to get inside the Land of Aalias. The Land of Aalias is all normal magic, and mortals. All good. But they are forbidden to socialize with shadows out of both fear of the shadows that kill them half the time in attempt to take their spirits (which never works) and of being imprisoned as well. But nobody except for the rulers know that the King and Queen actually suck spirits out. Shadows are typically males since women if wanted to be tortured as then called evil witches and burned on the stake. Fuze is the neutral land between, not ruled by anybody and used as a battle ground for both places.

But this plot is supposed to be this whole idea of this giant war that nobody knows why it's actually happening except for the King and Queen. The setting is somewhat medieval and the Land of Shadows is pretty much ruins where as the Land of Aalias is normal, perfect towns. Some non-shadows live in the Land of Shadows (also called Shadowland, or the Kingdom of Shadows) because Shadowland keeps expanding and taking over places. Land of Aalias does the same so they are both pretty even.

But ideas of the plot? I'm not sure if it's good...

As for the plot, I think it's a great idea that simply needs expanded on, which I know is what you'll do. As you do elaborate, I'd be happy to add in a few ideas. Looking at the site, though, I think you'd want a category for Fuze. After all, if that's where the battles will take place, there needs to be a place for participants to post, right? I'd also get a better banner to where you can actually read the text more easily. Just my thoughts!

Ahaha, now that I'll be more active, I wouldn't mind being a mod. c: Although that's really selfish to ask and stuff, because I barely come on and am unknown. I have a "freaky tendency" to correct others' grammar (according to others).

However, even if I write a lot with next to none grammatical errors, I'd like to recommend Shade as a mod.

Moderator position means moving threads around and stuff, not modifying posts and correct grammar, Cascade. XD Now that you mention it, Shade was moderator before on other sites. And Co-Admin on another. I'm too busy, and I'm on other sites, so I'm not going to join this one, sorry! :'D

Yes I was thinking the same about the banner Pyre I'm thinking of possibly getting the front of Collumns with pink roses bit I'm not sure of I can find a picture like that That banner I made before I decided what the site would be about xD but yeah I'd love to have you guys on my team sorry I wasn't on yesterday was at the airport xD
