He smiled and looked at her. "You're not hiding anything yourself, are you? You're much better at hiding things than I am." of course he was joking with her. He trusted Kathrine.

Kathrine blinked convinsingly. She didn't look at him, instead she replied "Oh yeah, I'm hiding something!" a smile on her face as she sounded sarcastic, or tried to sound like it.

Terry smirked. "Then I'm gonna have to threaten it out of ya!" He joked. Terry grabbed her by one arm and lifted her off the ground. He tossed her onto his back, piggy back riding style. The wings flapped jealously, but ine warning glare made them understand. They shotnup into the air together. He stopped high up.

Clinging on tightly she laughed "This is way too high!" her blue eyes shimmering with laughter. "Plus, you will never get me to talk!" she added with a accent from those Western movies.

He grinned and looked back. "The higher the better! You're gonna choke me with that grip of yours. Are you scared?" He teased. Terry swooped downward and came to a slow drift across the fields to the cabins.

"I prefer not to be dropped," she replied as he commented on her grip. "Plus, I like feeling the grass rather than the air," so in many words. She was scared of heights. But she wasn't goign to announce it to the world

"In other words, you really are scared." He sped around in the air playfully. He dropped low to the ground, feet brushing against the tall grass. "This height better for ya? I'm not gonna let you fall anyway."

Stubbornly she lied "I'm not! I just prefer the ground!" and when he dropped low she sighed with relief she let the grass wrap around her ankel and gently pull her down "Yup, this height is perfect,"

He set her down gently. They were already at the cabins. "Flying isn't that bad, is it?" He smiled. "I'm not gonna drop you. I never will." He blinked at what he said, then blushed. He turned his face away so she wouldn't see. "Uh, I got some-errands-yes-errands to run." He floated off the ground, ready to take off.

Kathrine blushed at what Terry said. Hoping he wouldn't go and she would be stuck alone doing nothing she asked "Do you need help?"

He closed haha what a joke, greetings<3 Matt eyes as she asked. He had made up the errands as a lie for his embarrassment. No turning back now. Why didn't he just say it? He took a deep breath, trying to relax. Are you a man or a woman? His wings fluttered in frustration. They reflected his feelings. "Well, I've got mail for you." He turned around.

Kathrine blinked as she watched the wings only to have Terry speak "Mail? From who?" this troubled her. She had no dad. He was dead. These past 5 years were the only Orphanage free years in her life, so who would send her mail?

"Me." Terry smiled and drifted in front of her. Putting a hand to catch a lock of her hair. "Wanna hear what it says?" His smile is gentle and his pale blue eyes are soft.
On the inside. He was freaking out. What am I doing?! There really was no turning back now. Better tell her.

Kat was baffled. Confused. Blushing and getting light headed. What's happening? she wondered as she stared into his soft blue eyes. Her head was spinning and all she could do was stare back at him feeling dizzy and confused. Why is this happening? Why now? Her cheeks bright pink as she breathed her reply trying to stand still and calm. "What is it?"

"You know..." He stopped. He didn't know what he was doing. But he felt perfectly calm for no reason. Was he supposed to be? He was perfectly relaxed.
"You look really cute today. I like you. I really like you." He let the lock of hair fall back into place.
